What this dataset contains

Each row represents a single active technology job posting collected from a public ATS board, with free-text salary content parsed into structured fields and skills normalized against a taxonomy. The sample reflects a 2026-08 collection run whose full underlying feed covers roughly 394,300 active postings drawn from more than 6,500 company boards and refreshed monthly. Coverage is described as US-focused, with a stated size band of fewer than one thousand rows in the published sample.

Structure and fields

The accompanying data dictionary lists 23 columns covering posting identifiers, employer, location, role metadata, raw and normalized salary fields, parsed skills, and provenance attributes tied to the source ATS endpoint. License and dataset-size metadata in the public card are marked as unstated, and the masked preview rows provided to this directory are empty, so individual column names cannot be confirmed from the available facts.

How analysts use it

A labor-market analyst could benchmark compensation ranges, skill demand, or hiring intensity across technology employers using the parsed salary and skill fields, subject to the sample's small size. The free sample is positioned for text-classification and tabular-regression exercises, while the full feed is offered commercially for internal analytics and AI training under a tiered license.
