Databricks Marketplace lists third-party data products, commercial alt-data (B2B and B2C contact panels, POI, clickstream, location, real estate, tech stacks, public records) and reference data, delivered as delta tables or APIs into the buyer's Databricks workspace via Unity Catalog, with billing through the account.
Why it matters for buyers
For a fund already on Databricks it mirrors the Snowflake-marketplace play: trial a commercial feed as a managed share with no ETL, under existing procurement. It hosts a large long tail of vendors that do not list on AWS or Snowflake, so it is a meaningful extra surface for discovering signal.
